Paris-native Chef Benoit Desclefs has been immersed in culinary arts since age 14, when he entered The Culinary Art School of Bordeaux. A classically trained chef with a diverse career, Chef Benoit brings a wealth of experience, including 17 years as a successful cafe owner in Jacksonville, Florida.
